Megan Weaver, B.A. Com., SHRM-CP

Founder & CEO

With more than a decade of experience in behavioral healthcare compliance, including human resource management, personnel training and development, insurance billing/utilization review, operations management and policy and procedure development, Megan has been responsible for leading treatment facility admissions, operations, compliance, and human resource departments for adolescent and adult behavioral healthcare programs alike.

Megan began working in the treatment industry in 2005 after receiving her Diploma in Alcohol and Drug Counseling Studies. With experience in the development of multiple start-ups, she has obtained licensure, accreditation and certification for facilities all over the country.
 
Megan graduated with honors from Chapman University with a bachelor’s degree in Communication Studies with a focus in Communication Law and Marketing. She is also a member of Lambda Pi Eta, the official Communication Studies honor society of the National Communication Association. Megan is also a SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP).
